Regular one to one meetings from initial consultation right up to your wedding day with on demand support throughout. We will check all the small print on contracts and invoices, so you don’t have to!
Once we have details of your requirements, we will carry out a venue search for you and come back with 2-3 venues within your search area, arrange venue visits and accompany you if required and provide assistance with contract negotiations.
We can recommend reliable suppliers for all aspects of your wedding suited to your budget and negotiate best prices on your behalf. We will liaise with your suppliers up to and on the day, making sure they are where they should be at the right time.
We will keep an up-to-date budget of your wedding expenditure and a provide you with a schedule of when key supplier payments are due.
We will collaborate with you to create the design and theme of your wedding including colour schemes.
We will manage your invite responses including dietary and accommodation options if applicable and liaise with all your suppliers to ensure they have up to date information.
We will provide you, your venue and all your suppliers with a detailed wedding day schedule to make sure everything goes to plan.
We will be on hand on the day to support the bridal party with any last-minute emergencies.
We will be responsible for set up and coordination on the day from the arrival of the first supplier to your first dance. Up to 10 hours are included as standard. Additional hours on the day, extra set up days and strip down days can be built into your package if required.
Price: 10% of overall wedding budget
