We will check all your arrangements to date and ensure nothing has been missed and include a visit to your venue.
We will provide you, your venue and all your suppliers with a detailed wedding schedule to make sure everything goes to plan.
We will provide weekly updates either by phone, email, or video call.
We will be responsible for set up and coordination on the day from the arrival of the first supplier to your first dance. Up to 10 hours are included as standard. Additional hours on the day, extra set up days and strip down days can be built into your package if required.
